Central Administrator – 31.450 /-
- Any woman having a Masters in Law/ Social Work/ Sociology/Social Science/Psychology with at least 5 years” experience of working on women related relevant domains in an administrative set-up with a Government or NonGovernment project/ programme and preferably with at least 1 year experience of counselling either within or outside the same set-up.
- She should be preferably a resident of the local community so that local human resource and expertise is utilised for effective functioning of the centre.
Case Worker – 18,420 /-
- Any woman having a Bachelor in Law/ Social Work/Sociology/Social science/ Psychology with at least 3 years” experience of working on women related relevant domains in a Government or Non-Government project/programme.
- She should be a resident of the local community so that local human resource and expertise is utilised for effective functioning of the centre.
Para Legal Personnel/Lawyer – 18,420 /-
- In the absence of Legal Advisors provided by District Legal Services Authority, the legal counselling service could be outsourced to any woman having a degree in Law/ with legal training or knowledge of laws with at least 3 years* experience of working within a Government or NonGovernment women related project/ programme at the district level or to any practicing Lawyer with at least 2 years” experience of litigation in any court of law.

Para Medical Personnel – 18,420 /-
- In the absence of a regular Para Medical Personnel provided by District Health Authorities, the medical assistance service could be outsourced to any woman having professional degree / diploma in paramedics with a background in health sector and preferably with at least 3 years “experience of working within a Government or Non-Government health project/ programme at the district level.
Psycho-social Counsellor – 25,780 /-
- The service could be outsourced to any woman having professional degree / diploma in psychology / psychiatry / neurosciences with a background in health sector and preferably with at least 3 years” experience of working within a Government or Non-Government health project/ programme at the district level.
Office Assistant with computer knowledge – 18,420 /-
- The services could be outsourced to any woman who is a graduate with at least diploma in computers/ IT etc with a minimum of 3 years” experience in data management, process documentation and web-based reporting formats, video conferencing at state or district level with government or Non-Governmental/ IT-based organizations.
Multi-purpose Staff/Cook – 11,720 /-
- The multi-purpose activity could be outsourced to any woman who is literate with knowledge / experience of working in the relevant domain. High School pass or equivalent will be preferred.
Security Guard/ Night Guard – 11,360 /-
- The services could be outsourced to any woman who is Passed 8th from any recognized board having at least 2 years” experience of working as security personnel in a government or reputed organization at the district/ state level. He/ she should preferably be retired military / paramilitary personnel.

सभी पदों हेतु अभ्यर्थी की आयु चयन किये जाने वाले वर्ष के 01 जनवरी को 21 वर्ष से कम तथा 35 वर्ष से अधिक न हो ।

- आयु के सत्यापन / समर्थन हेतु जन्म प्रमाण-पत्र या कक्षा 8वीं, 10वीं की अंक सूची, जिसमें जन्म तिथि अंकित हो, के आधार पर किया जावेगा।
- पदों पर अभ्यर्थी को छत्तीसगढ़ का मूल निवासी होना अनिवार्य है। सक्षम अधिकारी द्वारा जारी किया गया निवास प्रमाण-पत्र ही मान्य किए जायेंगे।
- कोई भी उम्मीदवार, जिसने विवाह के लिए निर्धारित न्यूनतम आयु सीमा से पूर्व विवाह कर लिया हो, नियुक्ति के लिए पात्र नहीं होगा/ होगी।
- चयन होने की स्थिति में चयनित अभ्यर्थी को रु. 50/- के स्टॉम्प पेपर पर नोटरी द्वारा अभिप्रमाणित तत्संबंधी शपथ पत्र प्रस्तुत करना अनिवार्य होगा।
